If you wish to cancel any services provided by AuctionGenie, please submit a cancellation request through our customer support portal or email us at help@auctiongenie.in with your order details within 48 hours of purchase.
Cancellations are only accepted if the request is made before any services or legal documents have been delivered. Once documents have been accessed or services have been rendered, cancellations will not be accepted.
To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team within 48 hours of purchase and before any service or document delivery. Refunds will only be processed if the request is made under the circumstances outlined in section 2.2.
